The SYSTEM_FLAGS_INFORMATION structure is produced as output or expected as input by the functions
respectively, when given the information class SystemFlagsInformation (0x09).
The SYSTEM_FLAGS_INFORMATION structure is not documented.
The SYSTEM_FLAGS_INFORMATION is 0x04 bytes in both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows.
The one member receives a copy of or sets bits in the kernel’s NtGlobalFlag variable. When setting the variable, bits that are not in the mask 0x6DCE640F are ignored.
Since this variable is exported from all known kernel versions (and is declared in NTDDK.H, originally), SystemFlagsInformation and SYSTEM_FLAGS_INFORMATION have little or no reason to exist except to help user-mode callers.
